Freelance French Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Freelance French Teacher to deliver interactive, learner‑focused French language sessions for beginners and intermediate learners across the Tricity region. The role involves designing engaging lessons, adapting materials to diverse skill levels, and supporting both students and professionals in improving their French proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site French training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Develop and customize lesson plans, activities, and teaching resources.
• Foster an interactive classroom environment that encourages participation.
• Assess learner progress through tests, assignments, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the Languafina team for scheduling and session planning.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in teaching French, capable of explaining language concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with learners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, or a related field; French teaching certification (DELF/DALF) preferred.
• Prior experience teaching in colleges, corporate settings, or schools is an advantage.
