Founding Sales Account Executive – US Market

About the role

Qureos is an AI‑driven recruitment platform looking for a founding Sales Account Executive to lead its US market expansion. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with HR leaders, and help shape the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, conduct outbound outreach, run discovery calls and product demos with senior US stakeholders.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from negotiation to signed contracts for mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding Qureos’ footprint, identifying new opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, customer success and leadership to maximise pipeline conversion.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise sales experience, preferably in AI, HRTech or recruitment technology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in the US market.
• Experience handling complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiating with HR and talent acquisition leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong consultative and solution‑selling capabilities.
