Food & Beverage Ambassador

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Ambassador you will be the face of our hospitality, ensuring guests enjoy memorable dining experiences and special occasions. You will work closely with the service team to deliver high‑quality food and beverage service while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for guest satisfaction and serving food and beverages.
• Monitor and supervise the flow of service at the assigned station.
• Brief personnel on preparations, service standards and menu content.
• Perform duties common to all waiters and any additional tasks as assigned.
• Report sales records, guest complaints, solutions and any equipment or personnel concerns to superiors.
• Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation.

Required profile

• Warm and caring personality; previous experience is an asset.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Strong anticipation of guest needs, professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
