About the role

This position leads the coordination and management of the entire manufacturing process for welded steel structures. The role ensures that production capacity and workforce scheduling are optimized to meet delivery deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Full coordination and direction of manufacturing processes, including capacity planning and workforce allocation.
• Guarantee plant operation to achieve production goals, on‑time order fulfillment, required quality, and budget compliance.
• Propose and support improvements in manufacturing technology.
• Collaborate continuously with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics, and HR departments.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience in single‑piece or low‑volume batch production.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing welded steel structures.
• Solid knowledge of the metal industry, welding processes, and production technology.
• At least an intermediate technical education.
• Preferably a welding technologist qualification or a higher technical degree.
