Financial Controller – Hospitality (Ahmedabad/Dehradun/Roorkee)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Controller to lead property‑level finance operations for a leading hotel group across Ahmedabad, Dehradun and Roorkee. This senior role covers financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, compliance and team management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end finance and accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll and general ledger.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Drive cost‑control initiatives, profitability analysis and cash‑flow management.
• Ensure internal controls, working‑capital optimisation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with operations and senior management.
• Supervise and develop the property finance team.

Required profile

• CA / semi‑qualified CA / CMA / MBA Finance qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of finance & accounts experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong exposure to budgeting, MIS, cost control and reporting.
• Experience managing finance teams is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera/PMS or similar property management systems.
• Experience using IDS, SAP, Excel and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
