Financial Controller / Accountant – Hospitality

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented finance professional to oversee accounting operations and financial controls for our hospitality business in Jodhpur. The role involves managing day‑to‑day bookkeeping, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with financial planning.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Handle vendor payments, reconciliations, and invoicing
- Monitor daily sales settlements and cash flow
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Track food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses
- Maintain inventory and stock reconciliation records
- Coordinate GST filings, compliance, and audit documentation
- Work closely with management on financial planning and reporting
- Ensure proper financial controls across departments
Required profile
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant finance qualification
- 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Hospitality or restaurant industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
