Finance Executive – Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Finance Executive – Accounts Receivable will support the resort’s finance team by ensuring accurate financial records, timely invoicing, and effective cash management. This full‑time position is based on‑site at The St. Regis Goa Resort and reports to the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Verify figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Organise, secure and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents in line with policies.
• Record, store and analyse financial information using journals, ledgers or computer systems.
• Prepare, maintain and distribute financial, accounting and payroll reports.
• Execute period‑end closing procedures and generate required reports.
• Prepare, review, reconcile and issue invoices and account statements.
• Follow‑up on past‑due accounts and vendor invoices until resolved.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments and act as a role model for the team.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality and protect assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
