Faculty Member – Real Estate, Urban Economics & Analytics

About the role

GREMI is seeking outstanding faculty members across a range of academic ranks – from Assistant Professor to Professor of Practice – to join its interdisciplinary team. Candidates with expertise in real estate, urban economics, data analytics, and related fields are invited to contribute to teaching, research, and industry collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality undergraduate and graduate courses and develop innovative curricula.
• Conduct and publish research, produce pedagogic case studies, and lead thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Engage with industry partners for consulting projects, executive education, and funded research.
• Mentor students, participate in academic administration, and support interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Help build global partnerships and drive innovation within the institute.

Required profile

• Ph.D. from a reputed institution with an excellent academic record (or equivalent industry experience for senior practice roles).
• For Assistant Professor: candidates close to defending their dissertation are welcome.
• For Associate Professor: minimum 6 years of relevant experience in teaching, research, consulting, or industry leadership.
• For Professor: minimum 10 years of experience with a strong scholarly record.
• Senior practice positions may waive the Ph.D. requirement based on outstanding professional achievements.
