Export Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Export Logistics Specialist to manage and optimise the movement of containers and shipments across international routes. The role involves coordinating with logistics partners, handling documentation, and ensuring timely dispatches while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute container movements and shipment schedules.
• Manage container planning, including round‑trip coordination.
• Negotiate costs and finalise freight agreements with logistics partners.
• Oversee ICD operations and conduct freight comparisons.
• Track pending shipments and guarantee on‑time dispatches.
• Maintain MIS reports and shipment records.
• Handle import shipments and related documentation.

Required profile

• Familiarity with bidding systems and export shipment processes.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in the logistics industry, particularly export operations.
