Transportation Operation Specialist

About the role

The Transportation Operation Specialist will oversee on‑site fleet activities at customer warehouses and manage transportation system operations in Singapore. This role ensures smooth dispatching, loading, COD collection and accurate reporting while supporting continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• On‑site fleet management at customer warehouses, including daily attendance verification, dispatch planning and route allocation.
• Supervise loading operations to ensure standardized, timely cargo handling.
• Resolve delivery and distribution exceptions from the previous day and coordinate on‑site problem‑solving.
• Collect and consolidate daily cash‑on‑delivery (COD) payments.
• Prepare and submit daily dispatch documents and operational reports.
• Manage end‑to‑end transportation system activities in Singapore, such as order entry, tracking, exception reporting and billing reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate system data and support business decision‑making.
• Identify and propose process improvements based on system feedback.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for handling on‑site exceptions.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with outsourced fleet partners.
• Good communication skills for interacting with warehouse staff and internal teams.
