Stores / Logistics Officer

About the role

The Stores / Logistics Officer will oversee store and logistics operations across multiple construction sites, ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient transportation planning. This full‑time position is based at the head office in Pallipalayam with regular travel to project locations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle stores and logistics activities for several construction sites.
• Conduct inventory audits, maintain stock records, and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare and manage documentation such as GRN, STN, PO, MR, PR, invoices, e‑way bills, and delivery challans.
• Utilise Office, SAP and ERP systems for data entry and reporting.
• Plan logistics and transportation based on weight, volume and area requirements.
• Coordinate with transporters across pan‑India locations.
• Support purchasing activities when required.
• Travel to various sites as directed by the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in stores or logistics, preferably in construction.
• Any undergraduate degree or diploma.
• Ability to work full‑time and travel frequently.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
