Executive – MW/DRS Operations (HyTR)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive to lead the operation and maintenance of our wireless network and corporate circuits in the HYTR region. The role ensures reliable service delivery across wireless infrastructure, DRS systems, MSAN/MSAG equipment, power plants and communication towers while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day O&M of wireless infrastructure, DRS systems, MSAN/MSAGs, power plants and communication towers.
• Develop and schedule work plans for O&M teams and monitor their execution.
• Optimize DRS links according to traffic load and monitor PMR activities.
• Coordinate with other operators to guarantee SLA‑based power availability at guest sites.
• Support Business and Corporate teams in meeting their performance targets.
• Organise technical training to up‑skill subordinate staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Networking or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telecom operations and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of wireless network fault management and HSE practices.
