Executive Graphic Designer (1-2 yrs Experience)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Graphic Designer to translate Carmesi’s brand ethos into compelling visual solutions across packaging, print, social media and digital advertising. The role is ideal for a creative professional with 1‑2 years of experience in lifestyle or beauty‑care brands who can blend strong storytelling with commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt packaging artwork, ensuring brand consistency across product lines.
• Create print collateral such as leaflets, posters, danglers and in‑store displays.
• Develop eye‑catching illustrations for Instagram and other social platforms, monitor performance and refine concepts.
• Produce static and video digital ads for paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google, from concept to final execution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to test creative variations, analyse data and optimise future campaigns.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with lifestyle, beauty or personal‑care brands.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling and audience engagement across multiple channels.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with video editing and motion tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Illustration skills ranging from simple line art to detailed compositions.
