About the role
The Executive F&B Service will lead restaurant operations in a luxury hotel or resort environment, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and operational excellence. This role combines supervision, training, and quality control to deliver a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and maintain service standards.
- Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the F&B service team.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and follow up on issues.
- Conduct shift briefings and disseminate relevant information to staff.
- Support employee development, counselling, and conflict resolution.
- Report complaints, incidents, and irregularities to management.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and keep service/storage areas safe and clean.
- Maintain quality control for all food served.
- Manage staff work schedules and conduct training sessions.
- Motivate and coach the team, promoting a positive attitude.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Well‑trained in food and beverage operations.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficient English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in remote locations.
