About the role

The Executive Facility – Stores role is responsible for managing material issue, inventory control, and procurement coordination for various departments within the facility.

Key responsibilities

Issue materials to MEP, Housekeeping, Security, Fire & Safety and other departments against approved requisitions.
Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues, returns and transfers.
Ensure materials are issued only against authorized requests and approvals.
Monitor consumption and identify abnormal or excess usage.
Maintain updated inventory/stock registers in ERP, Excel, or other systems.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Identify slow‑moving, non‑moving, damaged and obsolete materials.
Prepare stock statements and inventory reports as required.
Coordinate with the procurement/purchase team for replenishment, raise material purchase/requisition requests, follow up on pending purchase orders, and verify delivered quantities against purchase orders.
