Executive – Bids & Tenders (Government & PSU)

About the role

Rentokil PCI is looking for an Executive (or Senior Executive/Assistant Manager) to manage the end‑to‑end process of government and PSU tenders for pest‑control services. You will work closely with the National Business Development Head and a cross‑functional team to ensure timely sourcing, submission and tracking of tenders.

Key responsibilities

• Source quality tenders daily from State Government, PSU websites and the GEM portal.
• Register on relevant government and PSU portals to access pest‑control tenders.
• Coordinate with branch teams to achieve at least 80% submission of sourced tenders.
• Track existing tenders and initiate re‑bidding when the current tender period expires.
• Maintain and update MIS/data for all tender‑related activities and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Conduct monthly meetings with branches to ensure seamless collaboration.

Required profile

• Graduation (any discipline).
• 0‑3 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with government and PSU stakeholders.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of bids & tenders (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (G‑Suite).
• Strong internet research abilities.
