About the role
LUXASIA, the leading beauty omnichannel brand‑builder in Asia Pacific, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Country Manager. The role combines high‑level executive support with office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Country Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and handling confidential information.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Country Manager and internal/external stakeholders, preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing documents.
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations, oversee supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, facilities maintenance and onboarding/offboarding logistics.
- Organise meetings, events and workshops, taking agendas, minutes and handling logistics.
- Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing and budget monitoring for office‑related costs, and support basic HR and finance administration.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4‑5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Administrator.
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a multinational or corporate environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism.
