Enrolled Agent (EA) Course Trainer – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

The position is a full‑time, on‑site Enrolled Agent (EA) Course Trainer at the Kochi campus of Adi Group of Institutions. You will design and deliver structured training on U.S. taxation, IRS regulations and EA exam content, using clear examples and practical case studies to prepare learners for certification.

Key responsibilities

• Develop curriculum plans and create learning materials, assessments and case studies.
• Conduct lectures, doubt‑clearing sessions and provide academic mentoring.
• Monitor learner progress through tests, feedback and performance reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of tax law changes relevant to EA certification.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators for scheduling and program improvement.
• Report on student performance and contribute to continuous improvement of the EA program.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in U.S. taxation, including tax compliance and preparation.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Proven ability to teach complex tax and accounting concepts clearly.
• Prior experience as an Enrolled Agent, tax professional or trainer in taxation/accounting education.
• Excellent communication, presentation and classroom management skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools, learning management systems and online resources.
• Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; EA certification is a strong advantage.
