Engineer - New Product Development

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Engineer to lead new product development initiatives for our architectural aluminium façade systems. The role focuses on designing innovative products, enhancing existing solutions, and tailoring offerings to meet specific client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop new aluminium façade products from idea to prototype.
• Identify and implement product improvements to increase performance and cost‑effectiveness.
• Customize product designs based on client specifications and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new product concepts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
• Proven track record in designing new products, improving existing ones, and delivering customized solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
