EB-5 Consultant – India Market

About the role

As part of the 1,000 Families Initiative, Dream USA Regional Centers is expanding its EB‑5 program into the Indian market. The EB‑5 Consultant will act as the primary liaison for high‑net‑worth Indian investors, families of F‑1 students and H‑1B professionals seeking permanent U.S. residency, guiding them through $800,000 TEA projects and the RCaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure high‑net‑worth clients in India interested in U.S. immigration through investment.
• Host seminars and one‑on‑one consultations to explain the EB‑5 process, financial models and project benefits.
• Assist clients in gathering financial documentation and ensure compliance with RBI LRS and TCS regulations.
• Present investment portfolios across real estate, healthcare and technology sectors.
• Develop a referral network with wealth managers, chartered accountants, family offices and attorneys across India.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in investment immigration, private banking, wealth management or financial consulting in India.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian high‑net‑worth market and existing investor relationships.
• Familiarity with the U.S. EB‑5 Immigrant Investor Program is highly preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and Hindi with excellent presentation skills.
