Travel Consultant – Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant who is passionate about travel and enjoys helping customers create memorable journeys. In this role you will combine sales expertise with excellent customer service to drive bookings and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international travel inquiries from B2C clients via calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel reservations, visa services, cruises and travel insurance.
• Customize tour itineraries and packages according to client requirements.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage end‑to‑end travel bookings, including sightseeing tours, transfers and activities.
• Provide accurate consultancy on destinations, travel routes and visa requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, airline deals and hotel offers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.

Required profile

• Passion for travel and a strong desire to improve customers' travel experiences.
• Excellent communication and sales abilities.
• Good knowledge of international destinations.
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales and follow up with clients.
• Basic understanding of visa processes and travel documentation.
