职位概况

我们是一家致力于医疗行业数字化转型的创业公司，正在东京招聘移动应用工程师，负责公司自研医疗专用智能手机“Medcom”的 Android 应用开发。

主要职责

使用 Kotlin 开发 Android 原生应用，参与 iOS 原生应用的开发工作。
负责应用的设计、编码、与后端系统的对接。
维护框架和库的版本更新，进行代码调试、Bug 修复和性能优化。
根据需求参与新应用的策划与开发，推动 CI/CD 流程改进。

任职要求

2 年以上软件开发经验（语言不限）。
具备 Android 或 iOS 移动应用开发经验，熟悉外部系统集成。
熟练使用 Git、GitHub 或 GitLab 进行团队协作，具备代码评审和 PR 操作经验。
日常会话水平的日语能力（相当于 JLPT N2）。

必备技能

Kotlin、Android 开发。
iOS 原生开发经验。
Git、GitHub、GitLab。
CI/CD 基础。

加分技能

Firebase、Android Compose、Kotlin Multiplatform。
CI/CD 工具（GitHub Actions、Jenkins、CircleCI 等）。
使用 Claude Code、Cursor 等 AI 开发辅助工具的经验。
