About the role
The Doorman at Grand Hyatt Kochi will ensure an excellent and consistent level of service for guests, supporting the smooth operation of the Concierge within the Rooms Division.
Key responsibilities
- Provide courteous and efficient assistance to guests arriving and departing.
- Support the Concierge team in delivering seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain the entrance area, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to address guest needs promptly.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
