Dispatch Executive – Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Dispatch Executive to join our fast‑growing operations team in the medical devices sector. The role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of orders while coordinating closely with warehouse, inventory, and transport partners.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure orders are dispatched on schedule according to defined timelines.
• Maintain accuracy in shipments, documentation, invoicing, e‑way bills and delivery challans.
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to confirm stock availability.
• Arrange transport or courier services and optimise logistics costs.
• Track shipments, providing regular updates to internal teams and customers.
• Manage returns, replacements and reverse‑logistics processes.
• Guarantee safe packaging and handling of medical equipment.
• Prepare daily and weekly dispatch and logistics reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse coordination or related operations.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; experience in healthcare or medical devices is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems for dispatch documentation.
