Executive – Customer Service & Demand Planner

About the role

We are looking for an Executive who will combine customer service excellence with demand planning expertise for our Fuel & Lubricant Solutions business unit. Based at Godrej One in Mumbai, you will manage order processing, monitor supply‑chain performance and act as the primary liaison between customers, sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales and delivery order management in line with SOPs, creating sales orders from customer POs or forecasts.
• Track order status, communicate updates to customers and sales, and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct monthly S&OP meetings, provide inputs for operational decisions and analyse supply‑chain metrics.
• Coordinate with operations, product management and controlling to optimise processes and remove bottlenecks.
• Monitor inventory, forecast accuracy, logistics costs and key performance indicators using SCII, DP FCA, NCM and DSC tools.
• Prepare reports and presentations on supply‑chain performance and improvement initiatives for stakeholders.
• Manage customer accounts receivable, credit limits and follow‑up on payments and tender quantities.
