Director, Working Capital & Treasury Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead our Working Capital and Treasury functions across a global footprint. The role combines liquidity planning, transaction banking, investment management, and risk mitigation to support the group’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily, periodic and episodic treasury and liquidity planning and execution processes.
• Collaborate with debt and risk units to ensure timely liquidity for group initiatives.
• Design and manage transaction‑banking solutions covering cash collections, payments, trade, warehousing and digitalisation for a collection volume of USD 1.2‑1.5 bn.
• Provide insights on global transaction‑banking technology, develop new ideas and drive efficiencies in the working‑capital cycle.
• Oversee treasury investment strategies, optimise counter‑party risk and yield across multi‑geography portfolios (MFs, debt instruments, structured products, factoring, dynamic discounting) managing USD 1‑1.5 bn AUM.
• Build and maintain a robust risk identification, quantification and monitoring framework, ensuring compliance with internal policies and central‑bank regulations.
• Implement hedging strategies (FX, interest‑rate, commodity) across 15 geographies, managing currency exposures of USD 4‑5 bn.
• Engage with financial institutions to set limits, enable FX transactions and continuously seek market‑driven risk‑management solutions.
• Prepare regular macro‑ and micro‑environment reports for senior management and ensure transparent governance and documentation of all treasury activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in treasury, working‑capital management and risk solutions at a senior level.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale liquidity and investment portfolios across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical ability to assess macro‑economic trends and translate them into actionable risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing business units and financial institutions.
