Director, Technical Program Management – AI

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Director of Technical Program Management to spearhead large‑scale AI and Generative AI initiatives across our organization. The role will drive strategy, governance and delivery of AI‑powered products and platforms, working closely with engineering, data science and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of enterprise AI/GenAI programs across multiple business units.
• Define roadmap, delivery frameworks, KPIs and governance models for AI transformation.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Product, Architecture, Security and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Manage globally distributed teams of TPMs, Engineering Managers, Architects and AI specialists.
• Oversee implementation of GenAI, Agentic AI, ML platforms, LLM integrations and AI automation initiatives.
• Drive executive‑level communication, budgeting, resource planning and vendor management.
• Establish best practices for Agile, SAFe, DevOps, AI governance, compliance and responsible AI adoption.
• Mentor senior TPMs and engineering leaders while fostering a high‑performance delivery culture.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, engineering delivery or technology leadership.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale AI/ML, GenAI or digital transformation programs.
• Strong experience handling enterprise‑level technology programs and global stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, executive presentation and negotiation skills.
