Director of Digital Twin Consulting (AOC)

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Director of Consulting for Digital Twin (AOC) to lead its Hyderabad delivery centre. The role oversees a multidisciplinary team delivering AVEVA Operations Control, System Platform, SCADA and visualisation solutions to global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a customer‑focused organisation, fostering domain, product and application expertise across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve best‑in‑class service delivery aligned with AVEVA values.
• Ensure high‑quality deliverables on schedule, improve gross margins and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Guide cross‑functional teams on complex implementations, standardising remote engineering processes and creating tools to optimise delivery cycles.
• Define team growth strategies, collaborate with global practice leaders and meet business and functional KPIs.
• Support sales and technical sales pursuits, acting as an enabler for new opportunities.
• Participate in strategic initiatives, shaping the vision for the India delivery centre.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing project, engineering and solution‑architecture teams.
• Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated talent‑management and team‑building capabilities.
• Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
• Deep domain knowledge of digital twin, SCADA and industrial visualisation.
