Director – Global B2B Agri-Inputs (MENA & Asia)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑oriented Director to lead the expansion of our B2B agri‑inputs business across the MENA region and into selected Asian markets. The role requires strong Arabic communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships, manage clients, and drive growth in international agricultural markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and onboard partners in international markets.
• Design and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Negotiate distributorship, licensing, and partnership agreements.
• Develop customized go‑to‑market strategies for targeted countries.
• Ensure product registration and compliance with local biostimulant regulations.
• Collaborate with consultants and partners to accelerate product approvals.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with buyers, distributors, and government agencies.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and delegations.
• Conduct market trend assessments and provide monthly reports, forecasts, and country‑specific strategies.
• Monitor collections, letters of credit, and credit terms.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in International Business, Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development, preferably in agri‑inputs.
• Strong exposure to MENA markets; experience in the Middle East is mandatory.
• Experience handling B2B sales and institutional partnerships.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
