Direct Marketing Manager

About the role

Westbird Holidays is seeking a Direct Marketing Manager to lead and optimise direct marketing initiatives for its luxury travel portfolio. Based in Kozhikode, you will work on‑site to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation, conversions and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise direct marketing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, direct mail and one‑to‑one outreach.
• Develop segmented customer lists and design personalised campaign assets.
• Coordinate creative production and ensure alignment with sales, product and operations teams.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and performance KPIs.
• Analyse results, prepare reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Support sales teams in converting marketing‑generated leads into bookings.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in market segmentation and customer profiling for premium travel audiences.
• Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end campaign management and optimisation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality or luxury services marketing is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kozhikode with a detail‑oriented, customer‑centric mindset.
