Performance Marketer

About the role

Natura X, a doctor‑led Ayurvedic skincare brand, is looking for a Performance Marketer to lead its paid acquisition engine from our Kozhikode office. You will manage a substantial daily ad budget, optimise campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, and drive down cost‑per‑lead for our chronic‑skin‑condition audience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise a daily ad spend of ₹40,000+ across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Own lead volume and cost‑per‑lead (CPL) targets, continuously reducing CPL through data‑driven tactics.
• Analyse creative performance, provide feedback to the Creative Director, and ensure each iteration outperforms the last.
• Monitor daily creative metrics to detect spikes, drops, or ad fatigue early.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with creative, production, and leadership teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of performance marketing experience, primarily using Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven ability to manage significant daily budgets at scale.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and dashboard reporting.
• Passion for solving CPL challenges as a personal mission.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Kozhikode (Calicut) and fluent in Malayalam.
