Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and YouTube. The role will drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand visibility for our direct‑to‑consumer lifestyle brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates.
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, funnel optimisation and customer acquisition strategies.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to produce ad creatives, landing pages and campaign assets.
• Analyse campaign data, customer behaviour and website performance to generate actionable insights.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities and audience segments.
• Assist in budget planning, allocation and performance forecasting for digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with retention and CRM teams to enhance customer lifecycle marketing.
• Maintain campaign reports, dashboards, tracking sheets and marketing documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates and performance strategies.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a performance‑driven approach.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and execution skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and data‑driven.
• Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Technology or related field.
• Experience in D2C, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands is a plus.
