Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead growth and performance marketing for Yoga Circle’s web products. The role owns end‑to‑end acquisition across paid and organic channels, focusing on top‑of‑funnel scale, lead generation, acquisition quality, funnel optimisation and conversion performance.

Key responsibilities

• Scale large‑scale user acquisition and awareness campaigns across web and digital channels, managing Google, Meta, YouTube, partner and affiliate platforms.
• Improve lead quality and acquisition efficiency through audience targeting, segmentation, event optimisation and continuous A/B testing.
• Drive lead‑to‑conversion performance, optimise landing pages, nurture journeys and collaborate with CRM and lifecycle teams.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy to boost organic traffic and support sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Analytical, growth‑oriented and highly execution‑focused.
• Proven experience scaling digital campaigns and optimising user journeys across the acquisition funnel.
• Ability to work closely with product, communication, CRM and content teams.
• Strong focus on data‑driven experimentation and performance insights.
