About the role

We are building a voice‑driven fashion marketplace for a new generation of Indian shoppers. As the Social Media Manager, you will shape and amplify that voice across multiple platforms, turning a rotating product catalogue into a coherent, engaging narrative.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a cross‑platform social calendar (Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Reels) that aligns with brand positioning and cultural moments.
• Brief designers and copywriters, acting as the conductor of creative output.
• Develop and nurture creator and community relationships, treating collaborators as partners.
• Detect and act on emerging trends quickly, ensuring timely, resonant content.
• Run integrated paid and organic campaigns, balancing performance and brand objectives.
• Leverage AI tools for trend detection, audience research, and multi‑platform content adaptation.

Required profile

• Passion for building audiences around a point of view rather than a single product.
• Ability to think strategically about reach, retention, and resonance.
• Strong judgment on when to amplify content versus letting it breathe.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, budget‑constrained environment.
