Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Osai Media is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to own client campaigns from strategy through execution. You will work with AI‑enhanced tools to deliver measurable outcomes across paid, SEO, and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to internal service development, support pitching, proposals and client onboarding.
• Own multiple client accounts, managing timelines, deliverables and performance reporting.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and X platforms.
• Manage budgets with strict ROI discipline and run continuous A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Execute technical and on‑page SEO, delivering measurable ranking improvements.
• Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for AI search platforms and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for AI‑generated answers.
• Manage and optimise e‑commerce stores on Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress, driving product listing optimisation and cart‑abandonment recovery.
• Audit funnels using heatmaps, session recordings and behavioural analytics, testing changes to boost conversion rates.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, SurferSEO and SEMrush AI to automate workflows and enhance campaign precision.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Documented success in paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube or X.
• Working knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress.
• Solid SEO fundamentals with demonstrable ranking results.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven marketing tools and data‑driven decision making.
