Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of the marketing plan for a hospitality property in New Delhi. This role oversees e‑commerce initiatives, builds relationships with tourism bureaus, and ensures the property’s brand message is consistent across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a leisure marketing plan, including rate offers, packages, and promotional programs.
• Maintain and update all property websites and coordinate brand‑loyalty mailings.
• Develop brochures, collateral materials, and signage for property imaging.
• Analyze DMA source market reports, guest lists, and campaign tracking data to inform marketing decisions.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, track ROI of promotions, and reallocate funds as needed.
• Ensure the property is listed on key internet travel sites and collaborate with convention bureaus and tourism chambers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market reports and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and external partnership building.
