DevOps Engineer (Level 4)

About the role

The DevOps Engineer (Level 4) will partner with application teams and developers to streamline integration and deployment processes. You will drive continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) across the full software lifecycle, ensuring reliable, automated delivery of applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage the end‑to‑end DevOps pipeline, covering planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration and monitoring.
• On‑board applications onto the DevOps toolchain and configure them according to client requirements.
• Create and maintain user access workflows, providing access in line with defined processes.
• Customize and extend DevOps tools based on client specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to write scripts that connect code, operating systems and production infrastructure.
• Automate testing and deployment activities, and monitor performance of released applications.
• Provide timely support to internal and external customers, resolve tickets within agreed TAT, and follow escalation procedures when needed.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps engineering.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage complex automation projects.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
