DevOps Engineer L3

About the role

The DevOps Engineer L3 will work closely with application teams and developers to improve coordination between operations, development and testing by automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) initiatives across applications.
• Design, build and maintain the full DevOps pipeline from planning, coding, testing, staging to release and monitoring.
• Manage IT infrastructure required for supported software solutions.
• On‑board applications onto the DevOps toolchain and configure them per client requirements.
• Create and manage user access workflows following defined processes.
• Customize and engineer the DevOps tooling based on client specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to write scripts that connect code releases with operating systems and production environments.
• Automate testing and deployment using appropriate DevOps tools.
• Provide timely support to internal and external customers, resolve tickets within agreed TAT and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and perform root‑cause analysis for critical or recurring issues.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps engineering.
• Proven ability to deliver error‑free onboarding and implementation while meeting CSAT targets.

Required skills

• Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline concepts and implementation.
