Design Manager

About the role

Livspace is seeking a Design Manager to lead a team of designers handling 12‑15 interior projects each month. The role combines project oversight, team productivity management, and customer experience stewardship within a fast‑growing home‑renovation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage design delivery for 12‑15 projects per month through a team of 6‑10 designers.
• Monitor and improve design productivity, conduct training sessions, and lead design discussions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction measured by Net Promoter Score for design outputs.
• Oversee project timelines, quality standards, and coordination with other functions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address any design‑related concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (B.Arch, B.Interior Design).
• Advanced qualification such as a Master’s in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an interior designer or project manager.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 10 residential/interior projects end‑to‑end.
