Deputy Manager – Sales Quality Warranty

About the role

The Deputy Manager – Sales Quality Warranty will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality warranty services for automotive customers. This role combines technical expertise with customer‑focused processes to drive continuous improvement in warranty claim handling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer quality complaints and warranty claims administration.
• Handle customer‑specific requirements, contractual management and launch activities.
• Oversee complaint and escalation management, digitisation, reporting and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in manufacturing or quality within the automotive domain, preferably in cross‑functional team roles.
• Certification in automobile, quality or digital areas is desirable.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of automotive systems including hardware, software and diagnostics.
• Expertise in claim management processes.
• Understanding of automotive legislation and regulations.
• Product lifecycle and change‑management knowledge.
• Data security and legal compliance awareness.
