About the role
The Deputy Brand Manager will support the Category Manager in driving growth for a portfolio of beauty brands. This role combines strategic brand planning, merchandising, and marketing activation to enhance market presence and sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end brand strategies, merchandising plans and marketing activations.
- Build brand growth strategies and align them with MBQ, purchase orders and inventory management.
- Track opportunity loss, availability and net working capital at store and SKU level.
- Optimize assortment, rationalise SKUs and manage franchise‑level data.
- Maintain relationships with brand partners and manage a dedicated brand portfolio.
- Plan and coordinate brand‑led events and collaborations with the marketing team, including Shoppers Stop P0 events.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of experience in category management, buying or analytics.
- Background in the beauty sector is preferred.
- Strong communication, ownership, analytical and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of the beauty business landscape.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for data analysis.
