Delivery Executive – India (Chennai, Bangalore, Pune)

About the role

scanO Air is seeking reliable, customer‑focused Delivery Executives to manage the delivery, installation support, and pickup of its Air devices across three major Indian cities. The role involves regular travel within the assigned city and occasional trips to neighboring regions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and collect scanO Air devices to/from client locations according to a predefined schedule.
• Ensure safe handling, transportation, and proper documentation of equipment.
• Coordinate daily routes and priorities with the operations team.
• Obtain delivery confirmations, collect necessary documents, and process payments when required.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and customer interactions.
• Provide basic product orientation to customers during handover.
• Travel within the city and, for the Pune role, to West‑North India locations as needed.

Required profile

• 12th pass or equivalent; graduation preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or field operations.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving license; own vehicle preferred.
• Good communication skills in the local language and basic English/Hindi.
• Punctual, responsible, and comfortable with frequent travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Maps for navigation.
• Competent use of a smartphone for tracking and communication.
