Data Integrity Compliance Manager – India

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Data Integrity Compliance Manager to lead the franchise compliance function in India. The role focuses on safeguarding the integrity of Mastercard’s brand by ensuring that customers adhere to Mastercard rules and standards while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the India franchise team to monitor market surveillance for data integrity compliance violations.
• Drive the development and execution of data integrity and compliance monitoring strategies.
• Investigate suspected violations, issue notifications to customers, and maintain evidence for audit purposes.
• Prepare and publish periodic MIS reports on compliance activities, notices sent, responses received, and penalties levied.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Regulatory Compliance, Legal, Acceptance, and Information Security to manage ongoing regulatory supervision.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on compliance implementation and remediation.
