Performance Analyst II – Investment Performance

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Performance Analyst II to join its Investment Performance team. The role focuses on acquiring, consolidating, and ensuring the quality of performance data, supporting both internal teams and clients with accurate investment insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, transfer, and consolidate performance data from multiple sources.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across performance systems.
• Provide timely, high‑quality analysis to Investment and Risk teams worldwide.
• Support business enablement initiatives that drive growth across global distribution channels.
• Streamline processes and contribute to technology upgrades to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in the asset‑management industry.
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and global market dynamics.
• Ability to work night shifts (4:30 pm – 1:30 am) and collaborate within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a positive professional attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of performance measurement and attribution methodologies.
