D365 CE Technical Lead

About the role

sa.global is seeking a motivated D365 Customer Engagement Technical Lead to join its consulting team in India. The role focuses on building robust CE solutions and integrating AI capabilities to drive intelligent business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Customize and configure D365 CE using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and integrations with C#, JavaScript, and the D365 CE SDK.
• Implement AI‑driven features using AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI.
• Extend D365 CE with custom entities, attributes, relationships, and business rules.
• Integrate with Microsoft ecosystem components (SharePoint, Azure, Office 365) and third‑party systems via RESTful APIs.
• Perform data migration, transformation, and loading activities.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and produce technical documentation.
• Ensure customizations meet security, compliance, and data protection standards.
• Stay updated on platform updates and emerging AI trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a D365 CE developer.
• Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML and web services development.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience integrating AI capabilities (AI Builder, Copilot, Azure AI) into Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of D365 CE SDK, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with data migration and system integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
