D2C Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on D2C Operations Executive to own the day‑to‑day running of our Shopify storefront. You will ensure product listings are accurate, orders flow smoothly, and logistics partners deliver on time, while keeping dashboards clean and error‑free.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Shopify store daily – upload products, edit collections, update prices, sync inventory and resolve checkout or theme issues.
• Create and maintain SEO‑friendly product pages with correct SKUs, images, URLs and taxonomy.
• Coordinate with courier and 3PL partners (e.g., ShipClues, DTDC, Delhivery) to monitor fulfillment, track RTO rates and handle shipment escalations.
• Oversee order processing, picking, dispatch and returns; reconcile COD and prepaid payments with finance.
• Produce daily and weekly operational dashboards, flag performance gaps and suggest data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in D2C or e‑commerce operations.
• Proficiency with Shopify product management, collections, discounts and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience coordinating logistics or courier partners and managing order‑fulfilment workflows.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel) and high attention to detail.
