Cybersecurity Manager – Endpoint Security & Management

About the role

EY is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead Endpoint Security and Endpoint Management services across multiple client environments. You will work closely with security, infrastructure, cloud and workplace teams to improve the endpoint security posture and overall cyber resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, administer, and manage endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender, Symantec Endpoint Security, CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, and Carbon Black.
• Monitor endpoint security alerts, investigate suspicious activities, and support incident response and remediation.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, and BYOD initiatives.
• Manage email security platforms, configure anti‑phishing, anti‑spam, and anti‑malware policies, and investigate email‑based attacks.
• Integrate endpoint and email telemetry with SIEM platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, IBM QRadar) and develop automated response playbooks.
• Develop and maintain endpoint security standards, procedures, runbooks, and reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in endpoint security, endpoint management, EDR operations or cybersecurity consulting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

• Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR) technologies.
• Mobile Device Management: Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Ivanti Endpoint Manager, Jamf Pro.
• Email security solutions: Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Trend Micro Email Gateway, Proofpoint.
• SIEM/SOAR platforms: Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, IBM QRadar, Cortex XSOAR.
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Python, KQL.
