About the role
The Customer Support Consultant will join gTech Ads to deliver exceptional service to Google advertisers, agencies and partners. You will work on AI‑powered Ads products, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and help customers maximize the value of Google’s advertising solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize and provide outstanding customer service throughout the advertiser journey.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Google Ads products, including PMax and other platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to develop and improve support tools and processes.
- Assist customers in setting up accounts, implementing campaigns, and measuring performance.
- Continuously learn and stay up‑to‑date with Google Ads technologies and best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners.
- Experience reading or writing code in Java, C++ or Python.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and 5 years of experience in project management, analytics, data analysis, SQL/MySQL, customer‑facing roles, operations management, and Unix/Linux environments.
