About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our International US Voice/Chat process in Gurgaon. The role involves engaging with US customers through voice and chat channels, promoting products and services, and driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and chat.
- Promote offerings and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications.
Required profile
- Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.
- Graduates and undergraduates with strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational week offs.
