Customer Service Analyst - Voice

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Spanish‑language expert to join its Customer Service team as a Voice Analyst. In this position you will analyse and resolve lower‑complexity customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Perform analysis and solve low‑complexity problems for customers in Spanish.
• Collaborate daily with internal Accenture peers and provide updates to supervisors.
• Interact with clients and Accenture management on a limited basis.
• Follow moderate‑level instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.
• Make decisions that affect your own work and may influence the work of teammates.
• Contribute as an individual within a focused team scope.
• Work rotational shifts as required by the service schedule.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or related support functions.
• Any graduate degree.
• Expert level proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Language translation – customer service (Spanish).
